   @sid2903 i understand your point, but tbh it was a realistic response after what happened before. From what i understand, she was brainwashed by the villain and have mo time to express her emotions. Thus, it’s a normal reaction as she already has a safe space for her to vent her emotions out. I think this plot is wayyy more okay tham your typlical cliche fl save money to run away from family/typical petty fl.

   And of course, if the fl were shown move on quickly after what happened in the past, ppl will still complain that the story plot doesn’t make any sense😌

   I’m gonna get a ton of shit for this, but I thought this was a rather tough read. I really love the art and the overall premise, and the story would’ve been completely fine had she not had memories of her past life. For a girl who was hardened into an emotionless killer, in her new life she’s anything but. Constantly crying and shaking, and if she was just a 3 yr old who lost her parents I would completely understand. But she isn’t, she has fully intact memories of her past life, and does absolutely nothing with those memories. All she’s done with the knowledge is inform her new family of her old kidnapper, and nothing else. You can put forth the whole mental regression argument but it still rubs me the wrong way because for a so called bloodthristy pyromancer, she acts like a complete baby. I honestly wish they structured the story such that she only had fragments or whispers from her past life which would have made this entire plot far more digestible, and would’ve also been inline with the whole brainwashing idea. But idk, I’m still gonna read it because child care manhwa with good art and good TLs are rare asf
