I sense the potential for two loopholes. One, she signed in the name of Oscar, which is not her name, so she might get out of it that way. Or, Two, she didn’t say “and the blood of the contractor” but the specific name of who she *thought* was the contractor. It’s very possible she is wrong, and she’ll do all of this work and won’t be able to prove who signed it when the blood doesn’t match the contract she asked for.
