Okay so I’m starting to see it more clearly.
You know how when a kid is raise they’re told what is bad and good.
Well his “pranks” was just that to him. And sense no one ( adult/other ) never corrected him as a kid. And said he was only playing, he doesn’t really get that he was doing more harm then anything.
I mean that doesn’t excuse his actions per say.
But it explains why he was ignorant to his wrong doing, and why he thought it was okay.
Esp. when all the other adults and other kid wasn’t treating her right at all.
In his eyes he probably just saw her as over sensitive and a cry baby.
Hopefully they fully explain his upbringing.
