The thing is he never stood a chance to begin with. Put urself in Sooaes shoes why would she think about dowha when she was in love with Eunyeok, she only saw him as friend and that’s ok. If I was Sooae I would have done the exact same thing bcs it’s awkward. She looks at dowha differently than to Eunyeok and even post timeskip it’s the same, today’s chapter just felt like the rest pre timeskip with dowha, just friends catching up and interacting. Sorry for the ramble ahahaha
