Oh dang it this is gonna bug the heck out of it. Seriously if your going to use a time period WE KNOW then at least do your homework and know what the people really wore. Unlike what people seem to assume Europe wasn’t eternally a corset and big skirts country. (That is literally only the last few hundred years. Hard to believe I know but its true, and it was Queen Victoria’s reign that popularized the deadly lacings and tying them uncomfortably tight) This time period we Actually know as the tale is really particular. Meaning women didn’t wear skirts with undercoats and button up tops. Fo those who want a reference to the actual era without looking it up… think Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Hence I’m frustrated and this is unbelievably going to bug me. DANG IT I was actually interested in the story.
