Did you guys know that the full phrase to blood is thicker than water is “the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb” which is basically claiming loyalty is stronger than blood (family) relations, and that’s because way back then people couldn’t trust their family fully and had to rely on their trusted allies more. Also blood and water have very similar thickness, however, blood can become thicker due to clotting, and maybe a couple other reasons that I can’t think of 🤓☝️

Wow. Before he was such an impressive and imposing figure, like he belonged in that dukes seat. But he is more like a passing ghost, just living for the sake of living in neither joy or discontentment. It wasn’t until he opened up did he find joy, but it was so fleeting in comparison. This really is a first for him
