While this is tagged as “Yaoi” and the male lead is technically an adult (in chapter 4 he mentioned he’s been training under his master since he was 8 and this is his tenth year) while the prince is only 8 himself, I can see where this will be a problem. However, as of reaching the most recent chapter (chapter 12) I read the relationship between the two as that of an older sibling or guardian taking care of a child that has suffered abuse. I recognize that due to the “Yaoi” tag this relationship will eventually turn romantic, as of right now it is a story of an abused little boy finally meeting with someone that is treating him with like a human and helping him to grow.
I am cautiously optimistic of this series as there seems to be a bit of mystery and something sinister going on behind the scenes with the royal family that I really want to find out more.

Nope! He’s a CHILD, A CHILD!!!! this is not okay, the plot goes every dragon born needs a reagas or something and they are always pretty boys as are the dragons or whatever and they are essentially lovers that take the dragons. But the prince is a YOUNG child and his rageas or whatever is an ADULT.
