Ok, I am done with this. I can pretty much predict what can happen in the future if I have observed their nature correctly. ML is a type who keeps his interest at best/1st, whichever can profit him. FL is a emotional mess. Rather than taking decisions rationally she takes decisions emotionally.

Prediction of the story
She said she would give him a change but I can bet she will talk about breaking off their marriage the 1st chance she will get and ML will dismiss her words by taking it lightly which will lead FL to a conclusion “they are not on equal standing/footing” which will add fuel to the fire, ML obviously not explaining the important part:- the reason why he was late. She will leave him, after sometime ML will realise she was the perfect person for the position of the Duchess and will decide to persue her but doesn’t know where to look for her but will do every thing to make her come back obviously without changing a damn thing about his own behaviour or his nature, FL will refuse, some death situation or common enemy will occur, ML & FL will fight with each other and then will fight together against that enemy and will become close in the process (emotionally) and boom!!! out of no where every problem and difference will be shorted out…
