Delis found by accident feathers of blue bird under Trashta pillow, Trashta was there when she found them. Trashta plucked birds feathers to make it look like Navier, after refusing to accept the apology present which was the bird, was tormenting animal by plucking feathers.
Delis connected dots together and quickly realized it was Rashta. Rashta ordered for Delis tongue to be cut and for her to be removed from castle. It was all done in secret so not many knew why Delis quit.
