I’ve actually read some spoilers in novel spoilers site saying Gloriem was Souveshu’s real daughter. When he found out, Trashta is already dead(?) and he regretted what he did to her. If you think about the timeline, she could really be pregnant with Souveshu’s child. Also, Allan’s behavior doesn’t show protectiveness for his second child (if it’s really his child). His only concern is for his child ( the one Trashta left on his care) to be recognized as the queen’s blood.
But if she’s not really royalty, fine, it’s not like the story is about her 😅

I honestly don’t like Navier. She’s so stiff about her upbringing. She’s so dry and boring. If I were a man, I will not like or get attracted to her at all. She doesn’t have any substance of a lover. She fits to be a ruler though, but without a lover. She fits to be someone like Queen Elizabeth I who is “married” to the people of England.
In the romantic perspective of this manhwa, it’s nothing. It’s so bland. But the plot about Trashta is really what’s only driving this manhwa to be interesting imo.

As I wrote previously. Gloriem is the biological daughter of Sovieshu and Rasta. Everything was planned by Duke Ergi to take his revenge. After Sovieshu sent Gloriem far away Duke Ergi himself revealed all this through a letter he left behind for Sovieshu. Sovieshu tried to bring her back but it was too late since she was kidnapped by the Robbers. It gave Sovieshu so big of a shock that he collapsed and once he woke up he lost 5 years or so of his memories. He became the Sovieshu he was 5 years back. At night time the current Sovieshu comes back and he regains his memories but the next morning he again forgets everything happened in the last 5 years. So the night Sovieshu started writing the letter for the day one.

Tbh I don’t hate Sovieshu completely neither I think Navier was a fool for loving him. The past Sovieshu is much better than the current one.
1. He respected Navier’s opinions.
2. He used to consult her for small and big decisions.
3. He didn’t had any ego or attitude problem when it came to accepting his mistakes.
4. He was a very far sighted person.
5. He was a person who would bow his head down for the women (Navier) he loved.
6. He truly loved Navier
7. After knowing the state of current Sovieshu and his deeds even his past self thought that current Sovieshu is a stupid man and a person with that mentality is not fit for the position of the Emperor.
8. Past Sovieshu even approached Navier and apologized for everything he did (he said sorry on behalf of his current stupid self).
Navier thought something was off and she felt like the person she actually loved is back but obviously she will turn her back on Heinrey
