Why do ya’ll hate her so much? Like, there are so many other characters to rag on but she’s the one that pisses you off??? Dude, get some perspective, a 12 year old just came and usurped her and 99% of all the other magicians worh no warning, and given her loud personality (which is not a crime, by any means) simply means that, unlike all the other farts who are more likely to tey and subvert ian, and manipulate him from the shadows, she confronts him directly. She’s not being arrogant. She knows her worth and fights for herself and for respect amongst what’s clearly an old man’s club. Ian’s just a fucking bizarre person, who’s like the equivalent of minor god that came out of no where. He’s a genius of unprecedented talent and power, but that does not mean she’s stupid or arrogant or weak just bc she’s not as insanely powerful as him. What, do you want her to bend over backwards and praise him to high heavens? That’d be boring af.
