Elena Blaise grew up as a count’s daughter in a royalist household backing Crown Prince Carlisle. The prince’s sudden assassination makes way for the Anti-King Paveluc, who annihilates House Blaise overnight. As the sole survivor, Elena trains as a knight to avenge her family. When she finally faces off with Paveluc, a deadly blow not only knocks her unconscious but also catapults her into the past! Elena wakes up one year before the fall of House Blaise. Determined to protect her kin, she rushes to save Crown Prince Carlisle, asking for his hand in marriage and offering her services as his knight. Bewildered as he is, Carlisle takes the bait. The future now lies in the hands of his fiancée fighting on his behalf!

Color-by-number fantasy romance. It checks the boxes in a passionless, shallow way.

Since nobody else is actually giving feedback on this…
If you’re desperate to read any reincarnation manhwa, this’ll be lukewarm entertainment. If not, just avoid it or you’ll be wasting time trying to see what people find in this that’d justify the high mark.
First the story falls flat. I personally don’t even mind predictable and boring plots when there are other attractive qualities to keep you hooked. But here the chemistry between the main leads is non existent, the way they interact is forced and the romance is executed terribly. Most antagonists are antagonists just bc they felt like it, like the maid at the start who just started spreading bs… The art definitely doesn’t make up for this mess, if anything it’s another reason why I’m dropping this. The only remotely nice thing is the FL’s personality, she’s very fierce. That’s it.
Just don’t bother.

PLS UPDATE! MY FRIENDS AND I LOVE IT!

@remofanatol → that is incorrect. “Isekai” literally means “another world” and the genre entails someone to be taken to “another world” that is completely different than the one in which they lived in before, which is usually why the “new” setting is usually set in a fantasy world. “Isekai” does *not* require time travel, reincarnation, or any of that. It just requires the character to be taken away to another world.
As for this story, I don’t have an opinion on it because I haven’t read it.
remofanatol
@HinaMinamino that’s because reincarnation is a specific genre of itself, which is also called isekai.

I love isekai. Especially with strong & smart FL.
