The Arzen clan of Rosantine was already there from the start and is a tutor too. So glad to see it. So I think since Ronan sees his own kids as failures so he made that wish coz he is abit perfectionist and wanted to make sure some capable king will rule next. But I guess, their kids just lacks proper education and guidance from them. So sad….
I can’t imagine their young kids already killed another kid at a very young age. I think they both lack the proper guidance for their kids.. How much does Aina spend time with her kids??? It seems both of their kids are emotionally far away from both of them. If she cannot manage her two kids.. Why add another??? I though she wanted to have a happy family. I know there are alot of external pressures on the kids especially the king is excellent and their mom is a Goddess. The pressure surely stresses the kids out. At a young age they hear those criticisms against them as bad kids.. Sadly, both parents did not properly guided their kids and shown love to them. As the advisers said.. The King actually don’t want to have kids as he is afraid if any of his kids can rule..
So basically, when that became parents, all of their own traumas reared their heads, and they left their kids traumatized too, and then it created a vicious cycle. I love it for this story, it’s both so mundane for such a mythical outcome, but so painful and real. Poor Gold, poor Ronan
From what I gathered, the children killed the son of a count cuz they heard him talking, mocking them for being… ordinary? Like the King and Queen both have powers but they don’t have any. Adil, the grand or first prince believed the Queen doesn’t love them cuz she’s a goddess but she didn’t give them some powers cuz she’s from a different nation.
Maybe the King doesn’t love his children cuz they’re the reason why his wife is getting weaker everyday. And I think he agrees with the count son’s statement – that his children are ordinary or weak.

The king doesn’t like anybody, he only wants her to live so that she can grant him the second wish
somewhat
He doesnt like the kids cuz they hurt her…. its nice to be protective of your wife, but to the point of hating your children? damn…

I don’t understand
The king doesn’t like his children?
Why is the prince so mad at his parents?
