Why he has to be such a jerk?? So far, Seri has been honest and upfront with him and he gets all moody & pissy about it? Seri does not need to justify for him…she did say that she is talking to him & asking his thoughts about it like how she would talk to Arkana and the others….he’s just throwing tantrum and Seri has to pick it up for him.
It’s funny how people can interpret things differently. Because for me it’s actually good that they have this argument, it’s also a form of a communication and it’s important that Veramood is speaking what is saddening and angering him. Also we as readers know more what is in Seri’s head but from his perspective he doesn’t and it doesn’t help that she’s actually rather closed off and inexperienced in social interactions not to say in romance. For me as a reader it also seems like Veramood is only an afterthought for her so I can see why he also feels that way. It’s also important not to only live in the moment but actually consider what both of them want from this relationship and how they see it’s future. So I actually like it very much and I’m happy that we have some communication and not 20 chapters of characters and their thoughts and assumptions.
