I kind of like the way that Ari’s character is still in the process of changing, and it’s not going smoothly. She started out consumed by hatred and revenge, and not knowing what love was like, cause she had never received it before. Then along comes Alphonso and his mother who show her love, and she likes it to the point that she loses focus on her goal and gets careless. Now she is smacked back down to reality and what she needs to do is find balance between her love and finishing the fight she started. But because she doesn’t know that, is scared of losing everything, and doesn’t know how to be be balanced/find her place in her new environment it looks like she will try to totally throw herself into trying to be cold and calculating like she was in the past. But she isn’t that person anymore and will most likely fail. Especially when Alphonso comes and tries to persuade her, she loves him too much now. This is all just my opinion and guesses though. 😅

i still dont really like the direction ariadne is going in, its like shes sprialing downards, although her plan was smart I can see a ton of ways this goes wrong
