FORGET YALL!!! THIS IS HER LIFE AND SHE LOVES CEZARE MORE THAN SOME STUPID COOL POWERS. Thats literally the whole point. THEY LIVE FOREVER, and both Cezare and Lilith got tired of such boring and meaningless things, being powerful? So what. What is the point? What is the LITERAL POINT OF BEING POWERFUL WITH NOTHING TO DO. Everyone has different values, and that power is just so useless to them after living for so long. Their existances were grey and grinding. They felt no life, no fulfillment, no reason to live day to day. Its LOVE that makes one want to stay longer. Love for her child, love for the love of his life. You dont understand because you aren’t them, simply thinking about that person gives them a will to love, being next to them makes them SO HAPPY. And having cool powers? maybe it would boost ur ego for a lil while goin around and flaunting it but it becomes just as meaningless as everything else. She loves him so much, more than anything in the world, he gives her meaning to her life, and vice versa. She feels ALIVE with him. And cool powers for all eternity is GRATING in comparison to a life with someone that makes you feel that empowered.
