Realistically it’s not normal for young kid to have romantic feelings tho? Most of that you see are probably came from novels or story. Kids don’t have feeling, they only have curiosity. For example, Noah who have been living as a ‘monster’ was curious why Clarisse doesn’t treat him like the other. For Valentine’s case, he was curious why Clarisse defend the duke so much while he have been listening to his mother talking shit about the duke his whole life. It just that they have different reaction/way to interpret things. Unlike Valentine who didn’t have anyone on his side (for now) might be the reason why he act rude like that. For Noah, eventho he was treat like a monster, he cling to the affection and cares that his master gives him. So Clarisse existence in their life is like to give them a chance to feels affection as a friends. Them developing romantics feeling is just happened while the process. The only thing left if how they accepting that feelings of them. Was it for the better or for the worse.
This is not ‘romnticizing’, children DO have childhood crushes, whether it is one sided or not there’s not guarantee that they won’t get out of it once they grow up, it’s obvious that the author isn’t even aiming for there to be an actual ‘romance’ between the children, it’s not rare for children to have a strong attachment especially to a person who treated them kindly when they’ve been ignored thus far by people around them
Why did I comment this cringe comment again. I don’t know why
It feel and look like I’m seeking attention
I should’ve leave instead of commenting this shit, there’s probably a lot of people who like this story and here I commented this shit looking like I’m looking for a reaction, fkin cringe man
I don’t hate the Idea of her having a romance, in Noah’s part is real good they introduced him a potential ML but this one is like a romance in progress
