From what I read from the spoilers, yes she’s nice. Her name is Elodie. A little jealous of Emilia because apparently, Ophelia’s parents never got rid of Emilia’s room and her things. They see her as a daughter, although too late.
Also, Elodie feels extremely lonely because she knows she was brought into the household as a replacement, and people see Ophelia in her instead. She envies Emilia because people see her as she is.
