I would say this manhwa is ✨️unique✨️. What I mean is that normally when the MC reincarnates they either reincarnate into a fantasy world or into the future. However in this case the MC reincarnated into the past. In the early 1900s in England. Which is a very different plot for me. Also the MC was a former doctor in Japan in his past life. Now he has to get use to becoming a doctor in 1900s England where the technology, treatments, and knowledge of being a doctor is different. So for now I would give this manhwa a 10/10.
