I think he was planing to take her if she was still being abused by them like she was THINKING ABOUT YEA THEY GAVE HER A ROOF FOOD AND EVERYTHING BUT THEY MADE HER WATCH PEOPLE GET KILLED WHEN SHE BEGGED NOT THEY WERE COLD NOT TALKING TO HER TOLD HER ONE DAY THE MAID IS GON INSTEAD OF EXPLAINING WHY AND MADE HER CRY MULTIPLE TIME ALSO MADE HER LOSE HER SMILE AND ALSO WISH TO BE DEAD so ofc he said violet is fiannaly happy he is the only person i trust
