Yes, they were engaged but I don’t feel anything towards carcel’s behavior before the marriage. Mind you, Ines was the one who URGED him to cheat from the beginning and even after he held feelings for her so if anything, Ines was the cruel one for ignoring his feelings. If you’ve caught up with the story, they both have character development.

It’s a poor drama with several turn backs in time, 2 lousy MLs and one that could have been good but was discarded for drama purposes.
The official ML is a cheater liking it or not it doesnt change what he did.
Indeed a sad existence for the FL that suffered for 2 lifes and is still suffering in the 3rd….
