I’m pretty sure it’s still considered as the mom abandoning her, because she wanted a child knowing she would die and that the spirit king wouldn’t take it too well. So yeah I dislike the mother and the spirit king. Sure he didn’t want the child but his treatment of a child who knows nothing and is blaming the child for the mother’s death, pisses me off.
