I like the flower symbolism of the story. Her favorite is purple, and the first purple flowers we saw were a symbol of optimism. ‘Normal Diabel’ has purple eyes as well, but the 2nd ML gifts her purple flowers from time to time as well. Mel, the guy she hates, gifts her yellow flowers- exact opposites. Now we see a passionate red flower gifted to her. It’s a small detail that makes the author’s story much more interesting.
