I’ve read the novel but it wasn’t that extreme as the other comments say. I thought it has a manhwa vers now, so I will give it a try as I really liked the novel. But looks like it will just spoil my liking for the novel😅.

Yeah, I finished the light novel and this story doesn’t get any better.
Spoilers, the male lead basically pressured 2nd male lead to choose between FL or his dying sister. And then 2nd ML dies too. The FL was also kind of shitty, the 2nd ML’s final wish was to meet with her and she refused.

This story sucks. ML is horrible, being in love with a person does not give you full rights over the person or control over their life. I’m not going to read it to the end but that’s for sure that she’s going to end up with him and frankly I don’t know how she can fall in love with him. Yet I found the FL to be really interesting and strong at the very least.

The ML is so shitty and toxic I don’t know where to begin. Coercion, blackmail, gaslighting. Cornering the FL and her boyfriend so they’d be desperate. And this is an R-18 novel too, so we’d probably get to a point where they’ll do the deed but the FL will be ‘convinced’ to sleep with him.
How can he even redeem himself at this point. Ugh.
