Her eyes and hair color might change as she grow and its not unusual in reality. I know a kid with brown hair as a baby and became blonde. So i think she is his real daughter. Dunno how they came together at the same time in the orphanage but they might have been swapped.

I feel bad for the Duke. At some point the truth will come out. And it will hurt. If course they will continue as father daughter… That’s just how these stories go, both will get revenge for the original daughter and heal.
