In these kind of stories there are usually two scenarios for the “saintess”, first being too pure and simple but the power of the story just force everything in her favor, second being a closet b*tch that had planned everything in the background. Was wishing Diana being the kind one since she’s looks really pure, yet turns out it’s the second one.
My guess is the dark spirit thingy in the temple and knight were her doing too.
