@Starburst I think it’s ego. They all think they are smarter or more special, just somehow better than previous summoners, or the demons themselves. They always think it can’t go wrong for them because of their bloated egos.
I never understood why ppl want to go the demon route you know? It’s widely known that demons aren’t helpful. They will do what you want with a cost. It’s like gambling. Everyone knows the house always wins cause they rigged it in their favor. But yet ppl still go to play. Why play a game you know you will lose?
