Dear TruthSpeaker, I’ve been re-reading your comments for the past 7 days and I’ve got many questions for you. Can you stop complaining about the manhwa and the fl ? It’s really annoying and you’re literally ruining the vibe. Plus I know that you aren’t a fan of the fl but why can’t you TRY to see the good side of her ? Everyone has good sides and bad sides of them but I keep seeing your comments and saying how ‘malicious’ she is. Actions determine wether a person is good or bad . And I haven’t seen Anisia doing something bad. First of all, how would you feel if you , ( let’s say you’re a 24 old woman) , would be incarnated into a little girl? Would you act like an adult? Or act like your physical age ?I think It was good that Anisia acted like a little girl. If she didn’t, and preferred to tell the truth to everyone, no one would believe her. Plus it would be hard for them to believe her since she’s a child . So I kindly ask you to shut your mouth and let us enjoy reading this manhwa. Nobody gives a shit about what you think of Anisia / manhwa. If you don’t like reading this then drop it or zip your mouth. Either way it’s good. I just don’t want to see your negative comments ever again .
What is with that letter in this chapter? It mentions that her “real” southern mother wasn’t her real mother after all… but rather Anise is the daughter of a maid? What is up with that? Is it just some cheap way for the author to make it so that she wont have any ties to the male hero that was supposedly her blood related brother in the novel? If that is the case then it really is some disgusting and convenient writing. Or is it perhaps some random crap where she is “super special” because her mother was actually somebody with special powers or some crap like that?
Frankly speaking, it would actually be better if it turns out that Anise really was Derek’s real daughter… maybe some maid that he had sex with in the south… or maybe the daughter of one of his maids in the North? or one of his wives? he then switched her for some other child from the South or something? If this was the case, then she would all of a sudden actually be a real Lagrange and would not be able to actually leave the North. It might also make her eligible for to partake in the succession.
Wait, if she leaves… Derek won’t have anything to sacrifice for his succession (well won’t sacrifice her though but that is still the reason why he kept her in the first place)
@dumplingslag i understand what your saying but on the other hand she has grown to love some of the people that are her “family” and she wants to protect them along with her “brother”. in a since that could be a savior complex but in the end she is still trying to save them. I can see her staying for such a reason but if she does leave she could be hunted down or worse. besides this is a test. he wants to see if she is willing to stay with the family and protect them. also i don’t think that’s a person, i think its a demon that possessed that man, so even more of a reason to get rid of her. and he doesn’t want to deal with baal because he’s a wild card of sorts.
She hasn’t though. There is absolutely no indication (in the comic at least) that she actually likes anyone there for real. At best she thinks some of them are cute and she feels a bit sorry for Deitrich. The only one she was ever shown to genuinely care for even a little is that maid she saved… and even that was only because the maid was the only one that she figured was really on her side. Anise as so far not been shown to really care about anyone other than as a means to keep herself safe.
Watch how she voluntarily stays. She has a saviour complex if she does. It’s not concern about someone else or about survival. She just wants to play hero
