What drives me absolutely mad about this story is that these two don’t have to make each other miserable. Erna is so good a person she actually loves this guy and Björn specifically bought her because he fell for how obviously she’s just a nice person.
Instead they’re both grinding each other down because Björn wont see her as a person and Erna wont demand to be seen as one.
Just infuriating how theyre perpetually one good self-realization and a healthy adult conversation on eye level away from the life they both want.
