   It’s like the FL has “former fat girl” syndrome. (This is when the fat girl is besties with the super hot, popular, nice people, and she knows she would never have a chance with anyone from this crowd, so she shoves any and all sexual impulses down into the Marianna trench of her soul and carries on like a friendly, sexless nun. But then she gets skinny and hot, and literally cannot recognize when people are now very interested, who get confused because they think they’re being very clear)The FL is that aggressively ignorant and in denial that these attractive, wealthy, age-appropriate marriage candidates are interested in her, despite them sending super obvious signals.

   This one is almost exclusively for those who enjoy harem and courtship stories. You’ve got three very hot men, who all like her and are being obvious about it, and that part is very fun. I like that I genuinely cannot tell who the final ML is, which is a rarity with these types of stories, and the story manages to balance face time with each man very well, making each seem equally appealing and like he has a shot. I extra like that the men also have unappealing sides to make them more dynamic.

   Drawbacks are that it doesn’t do a good job balancing the romance with all the rest of life/the plot. It’s like 90% triangle romance, 10% tutoring children. There are times when I’d really rather hear about how she’s helping the kid with selective mutism and building her business, but then that super serious issue is shunted to the side so we can watch her blush furiously at the kid’s older brother blushing at her. And while it’s lovely these men are all being very open and genuine in their admiration of our FL….it does start to feel like she’s cheating emotionally and stringing them all along and needs to hurry up and pick someone as early as chapter 30. Which she does not do even by chapter 60.

   So yeah, this one is for those who LOVE this dynamic. I can see it being a favorite for them. But everyone else is going to squirm in frustration as this drags on and she never makes a choice.

   I dont really like it so I dropped it. Why? Well because it’s a love triangle story, like literally. They even got the kids involved in the love triangle. The kids aren’t apart of the love triangle but they are helping there family member that is apart of the love triangle to have a chance with the FL. I am not a fan of love triangle manhwa. I find it pathetic when men are fighting over one women.Then the women is always oblivious to the fact that these different men likes her. Which makes it hard for me to enjoy these type of trope.

   so far so good!
   atm at chapter 11, and im enjoying very much! all characters have depth and im just so happy i can actually choose my favorite characters and not just dislike someone less lol.
   honestly, i’m team duke hehe, i like the way they are developing at their own pace. at the same time i do see crown prince end game too, even more bc of one particular scene where she says she “lacks confidence” to teach, and not that she hates teaching – so maybe she can become a princess that will establish a public school? anyway i see it happening. the prince is very charming too, which makes me like their relationship so much!
   what i don’t see is the whole childhood sweethearts happening. it’s not that i don’t like him tho. i just don’t like the trope very much i guess, i mean, he could have her back then but preferred to focus on something else for the sake of his future (which i don’t condemn! i just think he could do both if he actually wanted) and idk, it’s just my opinion, but childhoods friends always seems to think they understand the female leads more than anyone, even when she clearly is changing from the child she was before.
   so, to end it, i just wanted to address two things that i read from the comments: 1, people can’t handle complex characters. i mean, the duke send presents to try to convince her, the crown prince became interested in her after knowing she was different and the childhood friend became alert after knowing about competition and this automatically make them trash? i just have one thing to say, people are like this in real life and this doesn’t mean they’re bad people if they don’t cross the line (also, eleanor is not a princess in distress, she can handle her limits)
   which leads me to my 2nd point; why is cliches such a bad thing? i honestly don’t see it as a bad thing if it’s properly done
