I really think, Lina is the evil one and the world ended because of her so they need to come back to make things right. Evil fake Saintess Lina got alot of power so she was able to control men using dark shadow.. This is what I understand.
Seria and Rouche are the real Main Protagonist of the story.
Touban is a version of rouche from a previous life of him and Seria they were always supposed to be together. But something happened(I won’t spoil) that cause it to be this way.
So that’s the saint and she is trapped and our fl needs to save her to find out what’s really going on I think. I also think she is actually the og fl but moved to this body. That’s why she knows so much and why the other girl that went to the moon knows bits but not details. She knew the necklace was important but not why or how to find it. I think she swap body’s and wanted to be the fl lead.
