1. She both reincarnated and regressed
2.magic was hinted at in few chapters
3. The royal family and a few nobles know magic existed but not that it still is
So she actually keep repeating her life a lot of time (I don’t know how many time) so she doesn’t need life span anyway so that’s why it doesn’t really affect Cayena.

No, not alot of nobles know about the magic. What she meant in the previous chapter is that some nobles knew about the TEMPLE. Not the magic itself
