We were supposed see Miele really THINK about it. And she comes to the matter of fact, that Aria, never did anything to Miele, never poisoned her, never bullied her (that is to say, if aria hadn’t done it before turning back time) this is also to correlate to the fact that in Aria’s past life , Mielle did the exact same thing to aria, manipulated her into becoming a villain. Tho it’s correct to highlight Mielle’s insanely vain personality of blaming others. Even if Aria did do things to provoke Mielle to her do these crimes, what ever Mielle did was of her own accord, all Aria did was protect herself when the time was right.
some don’t like mielle being innocent, bro SHE IS INNOCENT, innocence is just plain stupid, most lose it with time, but some like Mielle chose to live in ignorance and prefer to think they are a good and all right person, here Mielle is this way cuz the people around her told her so, and as aria said she never had to directly do something or face any consequences so she never had to really think much about right and wrong, the same can be said of most of FL or even some nonromance protagonist, the thing is there is a romanticization os spidit cuz this is most associated with kids (what is called innocence = ignorance) and we sympathize more with kids as everyone was a kid one day, and so we see ourselves and feel the need to protect the innocent child, the difference is, a child is innocent cuz she didn’t have contact or didn’t have a brain mature enough to understand things, the adults are innocent cuz they CHOOSE TO, so it is more confortball and less expressing to think what is right and wrong, if not for this religion and laws wouldn’t be so important people in general don’t like to think for themselves this is fact

Aria is cruel as hell. She’s gonna give mielle the pleasant hope…and then freakin crush and mold that hope into excruciating despair. I love it! But i still need some mielle being trash moments to be completely satisfied. She’s being innocent for recent few chapters and that’s gonna leave me with bad taste in my mouth.
