It’s cute. It’s pretty much a slice of life baking story with the main theme being ‘bake sweets to make people happy’. Around chapter 50(?) a bit more plot/backstory is added, but it’s focus stays on the food and characters.

Oh and SPOILER in the beginning it really feels like the cousin is going to be the ML, but he’s not. For anyone who might feel put off by incest, this is not that kind of story.

like the fact that you don’t gotta focus or remember any of the stuff from prev chapters and the story will still flow. some manhwa’s too serious and complex (of course it comes with higher brained / tiered ML / MC / FL ). this is light hearted, it’s not too serious and there’s no White Lotus characters around. 🥳

TBH it could do without the isekai element and still be a great read, too many manhwa feels like they try too hard to make it isekai then like 30 chapters down it don’t even matter😅😅
