So I’m trying hard to figure out the FL thought process since none of it makes sense and comes off as pure stupidity. What I could come up with is that 1) she is thinking of the game and the work in pure programmer logic. Certain variables must be true for certain events to activate. If the conditions are not met, she believes then the program will not return with the proper response. That would indicate she still hasn’t accepted her situation and acting as if it all isn’t real. The other possibility would be that she’s so obssessed with the game she cannot accept a reality that deviates from what she knows. Like a fan that gets upset with am adaption because it did not follow what they know. Good example of that is the Percy Jackson movies. The movies were okay on their own, but fans were mad that it didn’t follow the book. Unfortunately, I do not think either will be the case and she’s just dumb.
