At the first ITS good. But, fl have no brain, she must know that the conssort must be hidding a plan with his son. the CP useless. ITS like the Duke getting punce each time but have no power to to strike back.

I like this, it’s a bit different than fully the same old, but I admit that I’m sucker for MC seeing ghost in romance stories. And it’s niche thing to like, because there are limited numbers when comes to this taste. So, I’m maybe blinded my bias.
ML doesn’t overpower FL after the bad start… He isn’t running the show, what is surprising because usually ML in these type of stories are a bit more controlling and OP towards FL. This is clearly our MC’s story.
I also like that there is punishment to her power usage, so her being weak at times make sense. It’s annoying that most FL are either just weak for no reason – or they can use their power without real limit or punishment. Thou, this story is a bit inconsistent with that, but most of the time using her power isn’t just some relaxing walk in a park.
