No spoil, but it is inventive, original and the characters are for now really well presented. The art style is perfect for this story. I am really thrilled to read what will happen next.

Really, really interesting start and a unique concept. Our FL can read the “story” of any person she looks at. Text that narrates their life like an omniscient author is writing out a novel starring just them, often revealing tidbits like backstory, foreshadowing, and how things are going. She calls these stories “the voice of fate” and has limited means of interfering, usually relying on filling dramatic story tropes to nudge people along or slightly skew things into a better light, though still following the same basic path. She meets a fellow witch, and discovers that making completely new stories is possible.
