Sigh, so he didn’t love his childhood friend in the first life too, or did it change in this second life cause the princess wasn’t obsessed? I honestly never liked that trope “she so different now, I think I love her now” for me it makes the man look shallow. I do hope he can solve that problem, it’s unfair and a lot of his “desires” are just was to solve the spirit issue. I get why he does it, just wished he found someone or something to love cause he just loves it.
