I think the assistant with black hair is the culprit coz she’s being way too nice working late in the place of other assistant so it’s suspicious and her behaviour is too.
Another thing is that the culprit has a tattoo on the neck and that assistant refused to tie up her hair when Daruem offered a hair tie.(Tho this clue is only for readers).
