At first I was starting to think the emperor is a victim too and honestly he still kinda is, but that makes it all the worst. What’s the point of having magical powers when you don’t even have the power to protect your own family. He knows something is up with the empress yet he still married her giving her more power while he was with his other wife. Shush Yu is right why should she got back to someone who can’t even protect her. The idea of a child so easily being kidnapped and claimed to be dead by the empress never being a concern is one thing and the lack of protection after that birth is crazy.
He probably didn’t like her and didn’t look for her in her past life because as yk she was robbed off her powers, that is literally proof of the royal blood, even tho that is awful excuse to go by, it’s still understandable because of how empress is acting, not to mention it doesn’t seem the emperor has much power against that evil bitch of an empress, I just wonder why?
And I don’t think that emperor could protect her from the empress if he couldn’t do it before how could he do it now?? Ik he would be a good dad and probably would be big help defeating empress but still
And the first brother is such a nice and kind older brother while the second one is the cute little one that you would love to tease and shushu is so so cute
If I was the emperor I would have them keep her so she was away from the empress. They can come visit her and such but the royal palace isn’t safe for her.
