I think the fl is such a diversely written character- As an adult myself I saw so many moments of her trying to be professional and thinking of her colleagues. As horrible as it may sound she did not know why Jeong-woo acted the way he did before that phone call. Think of this beyond a webtoon, most production teams live pay check to pay check and earn a fraction of what any guest earns on the show, if Jeong-woo left people could get a pay cut or lose their jobs due to his actions. I understand he is not obligated to tell her what happened, however, her expressing the limits as a writer shows that there’s only so much she can do. There’s logic to their actions. If he wanted to leave he had the responsibility as an adult to follow the correct procedure. I personally experienced cleaning up the mess of a colleague who quit abruptly without following the procedures. While I understood their reasoning them leaving in that manner really put a strain on the individuals who had no part in whatever caused them to leave regardless. yes it’s “just a manwha” but there is a time and a place for everything. I just believe that the entire crew shouldn’t be forced to suffer just because of one person. That would be a double-standard which isn’t fair.
