For clarification this story is 8/10 art is 7/10. (Basically male mc can become a magical girl but after regular transformation he permanently become magical girl).
Note this doesn’t changes the plot at all, his mission is to beat the shit out of all retarted hero who think being hero is just power no struggle. He also want to destroy the hero association who doesn’t want the new hero to struggle and get strong.
