They are not blood related I think… I’m just saying this because I read the summary and it’s most likely that the brother was already born before the female lead’s mother remarried.

It is actually quite common for siblings to show interest in eachother. I’d even go as far as to say that they tend to act upon that interest knowing it is wrong. Not speaking from my own experience, just stating facts. Those relationships usually end quickly and are unknown to everyone except the 2 siblings involved. Now here, where they are not blood related and they both know it, wouldn’t be too weird.
Think about it like this. You get a girlfriend, but suddenly your single parent marries her single parent. You are “siblings.” Boom.
