It was kind of promising and then it was just boring and then I was angry when we got to why FL reincarnated!
The infertile empress makes a wish for a child and to have a happy family with the man she loves. Except the price is her life so she doesn’t even get her wish! She chooses to die and make her husband miserable who makes their daughter miserable and makes a super shitty family.
We can talk about the typical failed father who initially ignored his daughter because he didn’t want to “grow to resent her” or how he was super aggressive later because he assumed she didn’t want or need parental affection. But I would rather throw hands with the dead woman who just assumed everything would work out for the best after she died.
God I hate these parents so so much
