Already read till the end, it’s a short story. Cliché, it’s not good, but it isn’t bad either.
*SPOILER*
FL isn’t sick; the hospital misdiagnosed. ML’s fiancée demands and insults our FL to go away from him because of that. FL is insecure; she will run away while she’s pregnant with ML’s child. The only downside is ML’s behavior, especially his stance towards his convenience engagement with another girl; even though he claims to love our FL, he won’t firmly break the engagement, but he still holds on to it. It feels shitty; it feels like two-timing, so I don’t blame FL for running away. I bet if she doesn’t get pregnant, ML is going to easily give her up and marry that girl. And maybe because it’s a short story, his redemption arc is rushed and feels unsatisfying.
