He needs to shed the ego that comes with being a top ranker of the game. For two reasons. Reason number one is that he used to play on mouse and keyboard. Now he has to use his own body. Those are two completely different things. Second reason is that the balance of this battle royale is broken. Absolutely broken. Usually in battle royales everyone starts off in the same state. Same stats same everything. Then they have to find loot. Here, however, he’s up against literal archmages and sword masters. People from fantasy worlds and Murim. While he’s just some average dude. The only advantage he has is his knowledge of the game. He can only use strategy to beat the odds. So while he has a chance, he should no longer consider himself a “top ten ranker”. He’s probably the weakest person in this game now.
